Sophisticated camera and optics
Highly sensitive, high-speed 16-bit CCD camera with F0.95 lens for detecting the weakest bands.
High-quality optics: 2 million pixel sensor producing up to 8 milion pwith dual-stage peltier cooling designed for a wide range of chemiluminescent applications. The resulting images are clear and detailed.
The unique cooling allows cooling up to -60C. It is designed for low noise architecture with binning capacity for higher frame rates. MicroChemi’s optics provides a high dynamic range of more than 4.6 orders of magnitude.
Removable drawer
MicroChemi’s removable drawer makes loading, manipulating and removing membranes very easy. When the drawer is removed, membranes are placed inside, so the surrounding surface stays clean. MicroChemi’s special design for liquid capturing prevents samples from drying out. The easy-to-clean work surface designed for comfortable, safe use.
Easy-to-use software
DNR’s GelCapture image acquisition software and the GelQuant image analysis software controls the lens, the exposure, and other image capture functions.
