Unlike other Standard protocols for total RNA isolation, Geneaid miRNA Isolation Kits are optimized for isolation of small RNA molecules, eliminating the possibility of losing substantial amounts of miRNA and other small RNA. In addition, this kit will remove predominantly larger RNA as required for accurate analysis of miRNA expression by qPCR or microarray analysis.
