 We are looking for an experienced person for the role of Bookkeeping/ Customer Service

The position requires the following tasks:

  • Bilingual English/French  absolutely required
  • Bookkeeping, including (but not limited to) expenses input, general entries and account/bank reconciliation
  • Strong organizational skills (i.e. travel arrangements and coordination)
  • Customer service, answering phone and emails, directing enquiries;
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • General office management (including data entry, scheduling, office logistics)

This is a position which requires being able to work in a fast pace environment, with ability to multitask and meeting deadlines while handling multiple and competing priorities. Also, it is absolutely important to be able to engage with customers in a timely manner and with positive attitude. Ability to work independently and within a team environment is required. You will have strong organizational and communication skills (both writing and verbal).
